While the ultimate goal of the Local Operating Social Cell (LOSC) framework is real-world, flesh-and-blood application, we recognize that abstract protocols can be difficult to visualize. The fictional elements housed here exist to bring the concept to life.
We do not want the LOSC to be thought of as mere fiction. It is a highly structured, utilitarian blueprint designed for autonomous human organization. However, the best way to pressure-test a theoretical framework is to inject it with human friction.
This section contains a canonical, story-driven exploration of a functioning Cell. By placing characters into the rigid matrix of the 8 Domains and 6 Ranks, we can watch how they adapt to the operational constraints of a post-collapse environment. It allows us to explore how a high-trust bureaucracy handles resource scarcity, external threats, and internal trauma without relying on toxic leadership tropes.
Explore the personnel files to see how individuals with distinct origins, flaws, and technical skills navigate the framework. These characters are the simulation; the protocol is the reality.
