[PACKET_06_EDU]: RAPID KNOWLEDGE COMPRESSION
OBJECTIVE: Maximum skill transfer in minimum time using the "Direct Instruction" loop.
I. THE "SEE-DO-TEACH" PROTOCOL
This is the fastest known method for clinical and mechanical onboarding.
SEE: The Sage performs the task at full speed, then again in slow motion, narrating why each step happens.
DO: The Novice performs the task. The Sage provides immediate correction (don't let bad muscle memory form).
TEACH: The Novice must immediately explain the task to a third person or back to the Sage. You only truly know a skill when you can articulate its logic.
II. COGNITIVE LOAD MANAGEMENT
The Rule of Three: Never give more than three instructions at a time. The human brain under stress (high cortisol) "leaks" information.
Chunking: Break a complex task (e.g., "Build a Radio") into sub-tasks ("Strip wire," "Identify leads," "Solder"). Complete one chunk entirely before moving to the next.
III. ASCII LEARNING LOOP

[GOAL]: Shift from "Working Memory" (Short-term)
to "Procedural Memory" (Automatic Action).
IV. THE "BATTLE-BUDDY" CHECK
To ensure a skill has stuck, the Sage uses "Negative Inquiry."
Sage: "What is the one thing that will break this motor if we forget it?"
Novice: "Stripping the wire 100% on both sides."
Result: This confirms the Novice understands the critical failure point, not just the steps.
V. DOCUMENTATION AS CONTINUITY
In the LOSC, every Novice is required to create one "Analog Backup" (a handwritten note or drawing) of what they learned. This ensures that if the Sage is lost, the knowledge survives in the Novice's hand.
