Every being recognized by the Heartwood LOSC is a Living Sovereign. These protections are inalienable, hard-coded to your Temporal ID, and serve as the baseline for all administrative interaction.
I. The Right of Exit
Agency and Self-Ownership
The Sovereign retains the right to evade capture if no lawful arrest has yet been enacted. Outside of active arrest or debt, any Sovereign may walk away from the cell at any time.
The Lock: Sovereignty cannot be stolen through contract. Your presence here is a choice, not a sentence.
II. The Right of Due Process
Procedural Justice
No arrest without Reasonable Articulable Suspicion. Force must be symmetrical (Tit-for-Tat). Trials must be expedient, comfortable, and presume innocence until an ADM-Synthesis decree is authored.
The Lock: You have the right to choose your Incarceration Agency to ensure competitive, fair debt-payment.

III. The Right to Defend the Trust
Obligation and Survival
A Sovereign has the right to secure food, water, and safety for those they are obligated to protect (their dependents). This includes the right to fight off immediate threats to life without prior permission.
IV. The Right to Competent Record
The ADM Duty
Every Sovereign has the right to a clean, consistent record. You may demand the ADM dig up the specific Big-Endian logs that prove your history and character.
The Lock: The Forensic Record cannot be deleted to serve the Fiction of Law.
V. The Right of Embodiment
The Singular IS-BE
You remain a single identifiable unit. No entity shall be distributed or diluted against their will. You have the right to a primary body, ensuring your identity is not "anything, anywhere."

VI. The Right of Personal Distraint
Enforcement and Redress
When the cell fails to act on a documented breach, the Sovereign retains the right to "Self-Deputize." You may initiate the collection of a debt or the detention of a debtor, provided you adhere to the Right of Due Process.
The Lock: You cannot "Self-Deputize" in secret. All enforcement acts must be reported to the Master Ledger to remain Sovereign.
