The Libera Federation is not built on a rejection of order, but on a severe curation of it. Modern civilization has generated millions of pages of legal bloat, corporate subclassifications, and state fiat—most of which has zero relevance to a well-organized society.

Our objective is simple: take the essential lessons civilization has learned (often the hard way), strip away the administrative clutter, and build a unified matrix. While the full library of federation agreements can scale infinitely, the foundation of jurisprudence is clean enough that an average teenager can fully comprehend it. There are no secret, inaccessible books here; your rights and responsibilities are transparent by design.

1. Probata [The Atomic Unit]

At the base of the legal structure lie Probata (singular: Probatum). They fill the missing space between ancient feudal maxims and disconnected a priori axioms. Backed by sociological theory, historical case studies, and rigorous adversarial testing, a Probatum is a tenable argument of defensible claim.

The Power: Anyone can forge a Probatum. By creating and utilizing enough of them, individuals build hard tools to carve out their own legal programming without waiting for permission from a state legislature.

2. Praxia [The Logical Glue]

Zooming out from static atomic units, we find Praxia. They serve as the connective tissue of the legal architecture. Unlike rigid mathematical theorems, Praxia honor the "Spirit of Law" while remaining strictly accountable to an overarching logical and kinetic framework.

The Power: Praxia allow agents to link multiple Probata together, forming complex, harmonious arguments that govern community life and resource stewardship without falling into bureaucratic dogmatism.

3. Syntagma [The Universal Agreement]

Replacing the tangled web of legacy contracts, commercial bonds, and protective trusts, the Syntagma is the Federation's universal legal instrument. It handles horizontal trade and vertical stewardship simultaneously under a single, unified format.

Key Innovations:

• The 12 Pillars: Every Syntagma satisfies a clean triad structure (Source, Agent, Kinetic Engine, and Binding), abandoning abstract "consideration" in favor of physical Stewardship.
• Retroactive Necessity: Unlike legacy contracts that break if paperwork lags behind reality, a Syntagma can be formed after the fact when an agent acts out of pure emergency survival.
• Natural Resource Allocation: Property and stewardship are claimed based on rational baseline stewardship rather than needing an arbitrary state-sanctioned seller.
