A complete Syntagma is architected across four triads, identifying the Source, the Agent, the Kinetic Engine, and the Binding Failsafes.

When a member encounters a legacy entity demanding a contract or trust (UCC/UTC), the member must first forge the agreement internally as a 12-Pillar Syntagma. Once structurally sound, the Syntagma is "compiled down" into the degraded language of a Private Express Trust or commercial contract.
Ex Post Facto Necessity: State law demands paperwork precede action. Thermodynamic reality dictates survival precedes administration. A Syntagma may be formed after the fact when an Acceptor acts out of pure necessity (e.g., harvesting unowned resources to survive). The subsequent documentation does not ask for retroactive permission; it simply records the physical truth of the stewardship that already occurred.
