AXIOM I — Source of Rights
Rights do not begin with governments. They are endowed by God/Source and cannot be revoked.
All true rights originate in Source. Without Source, there are only permissions.
Contracts presuppose parties who possess rights; absent rights, agreements are void.
Law is the formalization of contracts; otherwise command collapses into coercion.
Only authority grounded in lawful contract is legitimate; the rest is mere force.
Rights do not begin with governments. They are endowed by God/Source and cannot be revoked.
Only rights‑bearing beings can form contracts. Coerced or rightless “agreements” are void ab initio.
Law is contract codified. When law forgets contract, it becomes administration and control.
Authority is stewardship under law. Without lawful roots, “authority” is only power.
We affirm:
Without God, there are no Rights.
Without Rights, there are no Contracts.
Without Contracts, there is no Law.
Without Law, there is no Authority.
Therefore, all true authority is traceable to Source, and all beings retain the rights endowed to them by Source, not by man.
